I appreciated the hotel's prime location. Shops are easily accessible. the staff was friendly. the room was clean, and everything i needed was supplied.
the breakfast options didn't quite suit me, as i have dietary restrictions. i needed special dishes, yet this request wasn't addressed. also, i booked a taxi through the hotel for airport transport, but it wasn't arranged properly.

the location offers proximity to rosebank mall a short walk away the staff was friendly and helpful
i found only one bottle of water provided in the room i think this is insufficient when two guests occupy the space it should be addressed promptly
